Frequently Asked Questions

  • All our items are handmade and shipped from Ottawa, Canada!

  • Currently we only ship within Canada. Once I start becoming more comfortable with the shipping process domestically, I will expand internationally! Thank you for your interest and stay tuned :)

  • Made-to order items typically take 1-2 weeks to produce, but I sometimes have market stock so on occasion I will ship it right away! Once shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method and destination.

    Shipping (Canada only)

    • Free letter mail shipping - no tracking (local 2 business days; provincial 3 business days; national 4 business days)

    • Expedited Mail - with tracking (local 1-2 business days; regional 1-4 business days; national 2-8 business days)

  • Your items are packaged in protective padding to try and avoid this! In the unfortunate event they are damaged upon arrival, please send us pictures within 14 days of receiving your item and we will offer store credit.

  • Returns

    • Returns are accepted only if the item is in perfect, unused, and original condition.

    • Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your item.

    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including providing tracking.

    • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

    • Once items arrive at return location, they will be evaluated on their condition and an appropriate store credit will be given.
